Professional Cover required - Cheshire/Staffordshire border

Hi,

I am applying for MIP and I am required to give details of some one who could provide professional cover in the event of 'being unable to work for a long period of time'

Is there anyone in the area who could help me out here?

    I am in Stoke on Trent, but only been MIP a short while , not sure offhand if any criteria about this. Also would need to know your services to ensure are under my remit.
