Differance between Sage 200 and Sage Line 50

Are these very different. Could I quickly pick up Line 50 after working on Sage 200 for a few years?

    I found Sage Line 50 easy to pick up - I taught myself via the Work Books. The newer version have lots of help, although I only have v14 of Instant at home, I would have thought its "big brother" to be similar. It is possible to sign on into a practice company so you can ..eh... practice. You shouldn't have too much difficulty

    The biggest difference is the price!

    Not used 200 hands on yet, wondering whether its worth the cost...
