Long story, but basically I've got this mysterious problem that causes variable amounts of pain in my upper arm, neck and shoulder. Had this for about six months and having a bad day with it today. No-one seems to really know what's up, physio helps a bit but mostly I just stoke up with painkillers.0

What you need is a long break, somewhere warm and sunny, long drink, snacks and toes gently skimming the blue ocean .........
