DFS - Stewardship?

The is where the organisation is managed by people other than it's owners. The owners don't have a day-to-day input into the running of the business, therefore want to know that the managers are doing a good job at safeguarding their investment and running the business to the best of their ability.

The definition from BPP is "the accountability of management for the resources entrusted to it by the owners of an entity"
