Does anyone have a link to some information on claiming against unfair credit agreements, ie a government information site. Thanks.

  If the credit agreement is from a bank or credit card company then they are regualted by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 for which you can find details at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk
