I've been doing payroll for years but never for more than about 20 people. I've done weekly and monthly payroll, starters, leavers and year end reporting but not pensions or P11Ds.
I've just sat the level 3 exam and would love to change my job to a more specialist payroll position.
Can anyone give me any tips? There are not many jobs doing solely payroll in my area and I'm not having much luck even getting to interview stage. I've even tried dropping below my current salary as an accounts administrator but still no luck.

Keep trying and do not loose your hope.
I have just finished my technician level accounting exam and payroll level two and planning for 3 exam in dec.
I do not work in either accounting or payroll and applying 2 to 3 jobs every week.
Waiting for the lucky day to rise.0
