Job Vacancy: Accounts Senior/Manager (N. Surrey)

We are an expanding firm of Chartered Tax Advisers looking to recruit an accounts senior/manager to work on a mixed portfolio of clients. The vacancy would be best suited to an individual with a small firm background with start to finish accounting experience. Qualified by experience candidates as well as ACA/ACCA qualified individuals are welcomed.

We are committed to providing our clients with a truly proactive service and encourage and support our staff in developing their skills. We adopt a modern approach with our paperless office, fixed pricing and no timesheets. We will shortly be moving to new premises close to either Tolworth, Surbiton or Kingston’s mainline train stations.

Initial Job Specification:

• Statutory accounts preparation.
• Tax computations – income and corporation tax.
• Completing and filing VAT returns.
• Supervising/Mentoring our trainees.
• Responding to queries from clients and HMRC.
• Assisting in the development of internal systems and procedures.

You will have the opportunity to progress into strategic tax planning, business consultancy and client management should you wish to do so.
