I am in Scotland and it is absolutely peeing down. I have the day off tomorrow and a whole load of us are going Camping at a Motorbike Show down Geordie Land. Anyone know what the weather's like North East at the mo?
Its shite....and over the next couple of days its going to catch the tail end of hurricane Danny....with another warm front following.
bad news for campers basically. unless you love getting wet!!0 -

Straight to the Point! Why do warm fronts always come after you've gone camping usually after you are soaked to the skin and have taken your tent down in the pi**ing rain the sun comes out!:thumbdown:0 -

the warm front raises the temperature which evaporates even more water/moisture, ready to "chuck" it down at happy campers

Yes but we are stopping at First and Last (cafe in Scotland) for Breakfast so that will break the journey up a bit. I've never been there for Breakfast before so hope it isnt a Greasy Trucker Cafe!:laugh:0 -

Thanks. I am off home now so looks like you're the only lady left to sort those two out I'm sure you can!
Julie:001_smile:
I don't need sorting out, I behave myself

I always say "please" & "Thank you"

If you were coming a bit nearer than geordieland, I'd ask for some tablet and macaroon bar
