Release letter

I have just been asked by a client to prepare his accounts and tax return. This was previously completed by another accountant, I therefore have to write a release letter. Having never done this before I need help to get started. Does anyone have a standard letter I could use as a basis? Or suggest the wordings for releasing their client? Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Alternatively look at the MIP area on the website which has templates for this type of letter
