Companies House Accounts Submission

Hi All,

I'm in the process of submitting a set of Accounts on the Companies House website. The company has a £2,500 loan from the Director. Where do I disclose this on their balance Sheet template? Is it included as 'Other Debtors' and then recorded in the notes under 'Transactions with Directors'.

    If the company has a loan from the directors then it's included in other creditors, and yes it's recorded in Transactions with Directors

    It is 'to' the director and not 'from' him, my bad!

    Do I also need to disclose salary and dividends paid to the director?

    Can anyone suggest a wording for the 'Transactions with Directors'?
