cant upload an avatar why?

in Feedback for AAT
i follow everything when it says save i save the cahnges and got a screen saying upload file failed ...it is within the size permitted and i can see the avatar on my profile but dont know why it doesnt upload


any help?

    has to be under the size 100 x 100 !!! need to adjust them !
