So far i have completed
Organisation background and system history - 130 words
Terms of Reference - 62 words
Management of People (not yet complete) - 693 words
As a guideline id really appreciate your word counts for each section - I was thinking the management of people and analysis of system sections to be 1000-1500 each but really need to see as what ive done so far i really cant see me compacting any further

I wouldn't worry too much. Sounds like you're on the right track. The only concern is the word count is excessive and mostly waffle.0
