Help tax return

Hi,

I know its xmas eve but i hope there will be somebody there who will be able to help me, I was about to finalise my clients tax return he rang me yesterday saying he has got holiday let in spain which i will have to include in tax return, he has sent me breakdown off all expenses and income and by the end of the year he made a loss. Do i just include the loss made for the period at the tax return, sorry I have never dealt with holiday let before. Or if somebody could direct me on the right way to go about it.
