Agent Reference and 64-8 form....HELP

I am having the most fustrating time trying to register as an agent and be able to file one tax return for my client.
I phoned up the CAA Team at the start of the week and they said my 64-8 form was stamped December 18th but it has yet to be processed......thanks!!! With out this being processed then I can't register for my online services.

Bearing in mind the 31st is the end of next week, has anyone got any suggestions of how I can file my clients tax return if I am not yet registered as an agent????

Is there any software I can use to file it so you don't have to be an agent???

Any help would be amazing!!!
