Small Business Audits

Hi,

I read somewhere that there is a new thing out that certain small limited companies do not have to file audits anymore.

Can anyone tell me under what circumstances this is the case?

  Yep, legislation was introduced in 1994 so that companies with turnover below £350k did not have to be audited..
