ok, excel boffins at the ready
right please bear with me on this, i am good on excel, but this is maybe beyond me
i have a table with standard charges on it. i want to enter a letter for the charge and it will automatically pick up the amount and change it for me. i also want it to work out if i change the number of days to be below 15 it does not charge - mmmm. stumped!!
the data to be picked up is on another sheet within the same book.
i can email to someone if they want to have a look at it for me, i cant attach it for some reason.
might be something really silly i am over looking.

I'd use the sumif function, its handy I use it for all sorts of things.0

done me thinks, Some multple if statements with vlookups tied into the equations should have sorted it.
Oh and sumif is the best function eva!0 -
