I was struggling big time with variances, I 've watched Susan Crosson's standard costing tutorials 1 - 4 on you tube and now I can do them, including fixed overhead variances. Well ones from the revision book anyhow, will try the method on exam papers tomorrow.
If anyone else is struggling check her out she's certainly done it for me.
