Sage users - Any ideas??

Hi

I am running an Aged Debtors Analysis (Summary) - By Balance (Descending) (Exclude later payments.) (Trying to anyway)

But....Its Sage....
And the Balance column does not 'Descend'
None of the columns do....

So what am I doing wrong....

Any assistance appreciated.

    jst click in the bar at the top of the dates, it should descend then x

    Thanks for that but I sorted descending on the Debtor page as you said, then ran the report (Descending) to say end of May but it does not descend. The only time it does is if I run the report to todays date.
