Advice needed on applying for 'relevant' jobs
Hi Folks
I have recently started the AAT through distance learning and am on level 2. I am out of a job at the moment and need 'relevant' work experince.
Coul dsomeone please advice what type of job , or job title, I should apply for, which would give me 'relevant' accounts/finance experiece.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I have heard people on here saying that they have done voluntary work to get some experience while searching for a job. That may be worthwhile thinking about.0

As a temporary fix what about a temp agency while you are looking for a permanent job? You may get some accounting experience & it may be a foot in the door somewhere.
In the public sector in my area they are taking on Apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Scheme. It includes pay, training for AAT and a training contract for 18 months. Your local AAT training provider may know who is taking on apprentices locally as they may be doing some of the co-ordination.
I suppose its the content of a job that's important not only the job title?0
