    thanks all, yes i am in work and i have to buy the cakes (german tradition)

    The xmas markets opened yesterday so we are busing into town, sampling the gluhwein (mit rum) and i am sure a bratty or two - yum

    Hope you had a lovely time at the markets - we went to the christmas markets in Aachen a few years ago, they were amazing!! :)

    we did not get to the markets as it was freezing and howling with wind and rain. We decided instead to have a take away chinese buffet and had it at home in the warmth.
