Is it? I would have thought it just business and reducing fees for reffering is a sales cost. Or is there specific regulation on it?

One of the ethicle principle is of OBJECTIVE

Imagine then if you have a client A (a solicitor) who has recommended his fellow LIONS to become your clients and have done so. Now let's imagine that when you come to audit cleint's A books you discovert that "client's account Funds" rules have been breached and you are obliged to report it to the Law society, who will then immediately suspend your client A's licence to practice law.

would you be easily, professionally and un-emotionally able to report him to the law society for the breaches?
