Failing an Exam - SOA not updated?

Hi All
I took my FNST exam mid january when AAT were experiencing 'technical problems' - I got the result on my 'assessment results' page - Not Yet Competent.
However my Statement of Achievement still says 'Not attempted'
I have contacted the AAT no end of times and keep being told to wait another 10 working days, it has nearly been 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!!
Has anyone else had the same problem???

I was told that AAT wont update it until i have passed the exam!
Dont know if that is the same for you?!0 -

I am ok thanks just revising for my budgeting exam on friday - which i aint too good at!
i wsnt told that at all, i ws just told to wait another 5 working days!
everyone just seems to be getting told different things...

Yes you are right everyone is getting told different things and it is so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!
Havent heard anything yet from my appeal it has been 2 weeks now!!
Cant put in for it again until i receive the feedback if i ever do!!! xx0
