Has anybody used this scheme yet?
Devised to help plumbers bring their tax affairs up to date, is anyone 'in the know' as to whether this relates strictly to undisclosed income, or, if assistance is available to plumbers that have fallen behind due to non-submission of returns (VAT and CIS)?

I've not looked into it but would have thought that it's similar to the overseas disclosure from a few years ago - penalties are mitigated if you come forwards, I think the scope is quite broad and I've heard non-plumbers can take advantage of this amnesty.
