If someone works 4 hours per week:-
What would there annual holiday entitlement be (if any) not including bank holidays.

Depends on the contract.
Although it would depend on the standard contract.
If you get 20 days off on a standard 37 hour contract, it would normally be pro rata'd down.
ie 4/37 x 20 days
2.16 days or about 16 hours.0 -
Statutory holiday pay is 5.6 weeks.
If they only work 4 hours per week they will be entitled to 5.6 * 4 hours.0 -
Also bear in mind this calculation if they dont work mondays or anyother day that bank holidays fall on they are not entitled0
