    im AAT and ACCA and have worked the same way since i started, didnt start printing more paper when i became ACCA!

    Maybe because you were AAT initially!!! :-)

    Printing and collecting lots of paper not only is a waste, but also a waste of time....You can't bill the client 3 hours because you spent them to create an audit file when the company is only a small business, just keep the essential records, that's it...
    Some people are not willing to change their way, they like to stick to them because "this is the way of doing it"....well not necessary!
