Hi,
I will be having my tuition and exam for Indirect Tax next week. I have heard a few people saying they have failed it as they didn't know how to deal with a VAT refund. At the time I didn't question it any further as I had yet to look at the material.
Is there anyone on here who has received a refund due on their VAT return in section 2 and how this would cause confusion to fail.

Hi,
I don't have the answer for you I am afraid, but I am studying for this exam also, and have never come across this at mo. I also am finding it very difficult to find a lot of practice exams, not like the old paper exams.0
