On a letter from Companies House, it says that the next return date is 10/08/2011........does anyone know what this is for?
No accounts have been filed yet as only been trading since October 2010.

    This is the Director's annual return - AR01 - costs £40 if filed on paper or £14 if filed online. It has to be filed each year usually on the anniversary of incorporation.

    Is it your company or a clients?

    Thanks! Its my husbands accounts and its the first set that I have done since qualifying in 2009. So a bit nervous, with the differences for filing accounts at Companies House.

    You won't need to have done the accounts, all the annual return is is addresses, share holdings, officer details of the company and dead easy to file online.
