Company premises & IBA's available

The company I work for has been renting premises for the last 10 years. They have now decided to buy a commercial building rather than lay out further dead money. I though that maybe the company could have claimed IBA’s against the purchased property, but looking on the HMR&C website it looks as though IBA’s are being phased out now (April 2011). Does that mean that no allowances are now available?
Thanks in advance.

IBA has been phased out since 2008 (I think) and is no longer available from April 2011.0
