Hi all,

I am trying to do the unit 6 ECR CBA exam but I can only get to the first page, I cannot scroll down enough to press next to start the exam? Any help?

Are you using Explorer? It's the only one that I can use for the CBA's.

Hi, yep using internet explorer and just tried f10 then f11 and still the same. Where is the start button supposed to be? many thanks

The start button is on the bottom right of the screen. Not sure what else to suggest I'm afraid.

have you tried changing the resolution size on your computer you will be able to do this in the control panel

I know when I use F11 I have to do it as soon as I get the first screen open, if I leave it until the screen where I need to press start it doesn't work.

Hi, thanks for your advice I gave up using my home computer and did the test on another computer, I couldnt get it to work on mine for some reason! Many thanks
