how do i open the practice assessments?

I can get to the first page of the practice assessment but im unable to get it to scroll down the page?
I have tried on both an apple mac and a pc, any help would be greatfully appreciated....

  If you are using Internet Explorer try pressing F11. If this does not work you may want try in another browser e.g. firefox.

  Yeah this should sort the problem - I havent came across this before but the F11 key is what you press to max the whole screen.
