Closing down a company and CT

Hi

I have recently closed down two of my Ltd companies and filed my CT600 for both. Both companies made a loss. Am I right assuming that I will get a 20% rebate on the loss like I would if I filed a loss as a sole trader?

    You will only get a tax rebate if there were profits in earlier years to carry the losses back against. If not the losses die with the company.
