Company Director to Resign
Hello all,
I have been tasked with the job of filing the paperwork for the resignation of a company director.
Am I right using the following paperwork for them to sign?

I have never done this before, so any advise would be great.

Yes, but don't send it on paper if the company is registered with the PROOF scheme. You can check by logging into Companies House if you have a security code and authentication code.
There could be more to do if he/she is also a shareholder (ie. resolution, share transfer form, share certificates), depending on what's happening with the shares.0 -
