Practice CBA Flash Player problems

Hi,
I'm hoping someone will be able to help me, I'm trying to access the Level 3 practice CBA's but when I load them up (I think in Flash Player) the top part of the screen is cut off and there are no scroll bars so I can get to where the 'start' button is! I've tried all the options in the menu bar and all the settings when I right click but nothing changes the screen so I can start the test. Has anyone else had this problem aswell?
Any help anyone can give me will be much appreciated!!

Have you tried F110

Press f11, or go to tools, and full screen mode.
(Message for AAT admin), please can we have a sticky thread at the top of the chat, that tells people what to do if they encounter this issue, as this question is being asked on a weekly basis!0
