Hi,
Where there is rental income, what figure is used in a Working Tax Credit application - the actual rent received or the net (taxable) profit?
Other questions about income require the gross amounts to be provided but in the case of rental income this would surely be misleading.

You include the profit figure minus £300 that is allowed to be deducted from other income0
