Unable to find MIP form in AAT website

The AAT keep sending me emails and adverts about register as MIP, but then when you go to the main website, the form cannot be found at all!!! :mad2::mad2::mad2:

Does anyone knows where is it??

    1) Login into MyAAT

    2) Scroll down (around half way, stop when you get to the "What's next" section in the middle of the page) and click on "Be your own boss - MiP scheme"

    3) Scroll down (around half way, stop when you get to the "How to apply to join the scheme for members in practice") and the click on "the application form"
