Errors on Corporation Tax Return

Dear All



I have just submitted Ltd Co Corporation Tax Return for the first time using 'joint filing service' and now printing off all the papers I see that the balance sheet didnt balance!



As I forgot to include ammortisation in the Capital and Reserves section, this does not agree with Net Current Assets and Liabilities?



I cant understand how the HMRC online filing software let me submit with this error?



How can I amend? Can this be done online for Companies House and HMRC?

    I do not use the software as I do think it is a bit rubbish :001_smile:

    Have you phoned the on line help desk or tried to amend it via the gateway?

    I don't know how to amend, but what Elaine says is a good start.

    3rd party software, every time, seriously. It's worth every single penny.
