I have only ever submitted Abbreviated Accounts to Companies House.
One of the Ltd Companies I work for has their accounts dealt with by A N Other and they are asking for full signed accounts to submit to Companies House, can somebody explain to me if/why this might be necessary?????
Have I missed something?
Thanks

If they fall within the exemption to only submit abbrv, then there's no reason to submit full.
Obviously, if they want theri customers, suppliers and competitors to see the full workings of thier business, then that is of course their choice. If they want to do this, I'd print a paper copy and tell them to sign and post it.
However, I would strongly recommend filing the abbrv PDF like most of us always do

Thanks Jenni. I got to the bottom of it; client simply agreed to send full accounts instead of paying for abbs to be prepared as well.FMAAT - AAT Licensed Member in Practice - Pewsey, Wiltshire0
