You too!
I'm sticking my head in the sand and hoping the results won't come through, because that means getting back in the books again!
And I seriously don't want to do E2 again, but I know it's coming...0 -
Actually having said that, by now I'm getting slightly nervous, even though I fully expect a fail. Somewhere in between sitting the exam and now, I kind of got my hopes up a little bit!
So good luck with tomorrow all. Hope you are all not nervous and looking forward to it!0 -
I haven't been able to sleep for the last couple of nights, waiting on P1 & F2 results. Haven't dared to look at the answers either.
1 more sleepless night to go.
Good luck CIMAites!0 -
Good Luck Guys an Gals.....3/4 am can;t come soon enough.....really dreading it though0
-

I am also getting nervous about the results. I'm also waiting for P1 & F2 results. I made the mistake of looking at the answers so have made myself really worried about failing, definitely going to be a sleepless night.
Good luck to everyone else waiting for their results tomorrow.0 -
I have not looked at the answers, as I sat an enterprise paper and I don't think there is any use of checking. I also stopped being nervous again for now, so roll on those results!!
No matter what they are, it means back to studying soon

Well, hope it all went well.
I managed to pass two of my three strategics
An as meat loaf once said, 2 outta 3 aint bad

Well done slackda! GOOD LUCK everyone0
-
Well done Slackda!
My email said FAIL in capitals.
I got a 37% on E2, but I expected 34%, so I'm happy to say I exceeded my expectations
I've send an email out to BPP for the resit and will see what comes out of that and otherwise November is just going to be really busy...0 -
Sorry to hear that Rinske, Its brutal isn't CAPITAL letters.
E2 was my sticking block, definitely get in there and do the resit whilst its kind of fresh
.
If i can find my E2 crib sheet i will scan it over to you if your interested.0 -
That would be great Slackda, any help is welcome!
I can't say I was surprised or down about it though. I'm all happy to pick up those books, just a shame it is E2 again.
Next time will be better (I hope)!0 -
I failed E2 for the third time. Each time I've got between 45 and 48%.
I'm not sure at what point perseverance becomes a sign of a lack of self awareness, but I'm pretty sure I'm there. I think I've reached the point where I can honestly say I've given it a fair try and just reduce my goals a little.0 -
Can you take another paper and shift your focus for a bit?
Considering how close you are, it seems a waste to give up, but maybe give it a bit of a break instead?0 -
I failed F2 with 48 & passed P1. I'm going to have to resist in Nov as I'm away the week of the resists so Nov is going to be very busy!
Well done Slackda & sorry to hear about E2 Rinske & Bookworm. Can't say I'm looking forward to studying E2!0 -
Passed F1 with 61
Failed E1 with 41
E1 was the worse of the two and I expected to fail it. Will push on to November studying P1 and refreshing E1 throughout. I just think it's difficult to have a full unit on Marketing/Ethics/Operations/IT, it should be split across the other two in my opinion but what do I know *shrugs shoulders*0 -
I got 62 in F2 and 76 in P1 - Happy as a pig in.............
E2 & P2 in november. Congrats and commiserations everyone. As Bon Jovi once said, keep the faith.0 -
Sorry to hear of the fails, always disappointing when so much work is put in but without the fails we would not appreciate our achievements.
I managed to pass P1 (resit) so have now completed Operational Level, big decision now is do I sit two papers in November was thinking P2 and F2, although daughter gets married in September and that will leave E2 for May which I think as a written paper around our financial year end is better. What do you think?0 -
Sorry to hear about the fails and congrats to all those who have the results they hoped for.
Rinske I like your positive attitude.
Time to start hitting the books ready for November methinks *gulp* Anyone else feel like with CIMA its biting off more than you can chew? (I sat out the May exams as well!)
Tracy where are you? How did you do?0 -

E2 is the last of the management/operations papers I have left. I'd have to pass it before I can do any other CIMA papers. Considering doing something utterly different, or walking away from exams for a year or so.0 -
I took my first CIMA exams in May and passed both F1 and P1! Next will be E1 and F2... I keep hearing scary things about E1 though. Having AAT behind me really helped with F1 and P1 but for E1 the sheer volume of writing is something I haven't been used to in years!0

I might be able to help with your E1 concerns. Firstly, you're right, there's nothing in AAT to prepare you for it but...... I have some study resources in PDF form which I would email you to give you a heads up?

Sorry for the late response, but if you could do that that would be great! Should I PM you my email address?0 -
Tracy where are you? How did you do?
congrats to all who passed.
i failed
( got 33, not shocked really as have had a nightmare of a time since october. but i now need to do e1 and f1 in november to get back on track.
will be booking both exams when i get paid monday and that is it, head down, no interruptions or distractions.0 -
Hi All,
Firstly congrats on all who done well in the May sitting, and fingers crossed for the ones resitting.
Its been a while since i`ve been on here, due to family probs etc i had to put study on hold.
Coming back on here its been nice to see the same fab support being offered and i hope i can also offer some support, as well as receive it :001_smile:0 -
Nice to see you're back Kerri, hope the family probs have been solved completely now!

Whereabouts in your CIMA studies were you again? (Sorry, I can't remember)0 -
Beginner Rinske, I started CIMA and then had a family death so just couldnt focus on the exam. Sat it anyway and failed but at least i`ve had the CIMA exam experience :001_smile:
What ones are you looking to sit this Nov?0 -
I'm aiming for E2, as my resit will have to be postponed with a shoulder injury, and I might go for P2, but I haven't fully decided yet. My work would prefer it, but at the same time, hasn't given me a new study contract for the next exams yet, so I can't book any courses yet.
Plus, I would prefer to sign up for online classes over just distance learning, but that all needs to be approved first and they haven't even drawn up a plan yet.
Which exam(s) will you be sitting in November?0 -
right, exams are booked E1 and F1
) feeling positive.
i am going to pass this time. who else has booked what?
Tracy0 -
I've booked F2 and E1, courses have already started so I'm looking forward to getting the exams done so I can finish operational. I plan to be a lot more organised about exams this time though!0
