Can anyone one help with a query on working abroad?? Or point me in the right direction.
If you work and your salary is paid into an account in the country you are working in, are you liable for UK tax if you bring your earnings into this country.

It depends on whether you are classed as UK resident or not. Read HMRC6 to determine this.0

Thank you. And yes he will be classed as a UK resident but will probably only spend 6-8 weeks in the UK per year.0

Well if he is classed as a UK resident then he is taxable on his worldwide income, however you may find that if tax is deducted on his foreign income already then he may get some credit towards his uK tax liability, depending on whether there's a double taxation agreement in place between the UK and that country.0
