ACCA exams

Does anyone feel as unprepared as I do for next week's ACCA exams. I'm sitting F8 again on Thursday and feel so stressed with it all. Nothing seems to make sense and my answers all seem so way off the mark. I've looked at the tips and everything on them are topics I hate with a passion. I'm feeling truly scared.

Glynis - go to opentuition for F8 and watch a couple of the live lectures. They are free and you do not even have to sign up to watch them - there is 22 in total free to watch. They may give you a better understanding or a better idea of how to answer the questions in the way ACCA like them to be presented. You have nothing to lose by watching a couple:

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew about the treatment of company assets, which have been used for
personal reasons by the director's of a company?
The book answer alludes to the disclosure of the use in the director's emoluments in the financial
statements.
It also says the company should have provided relevant information to the benefit authority and
accrued penalty for non-disclosure. Can anyone enlighten me on this??
Thanks

Well that was a disaster

I couldn't understand question 1 and missed out massive parts. Question 4 was impossible and I couldn't answer it at all. As for question 5 what on earth were we supposed to do? For Daisy I said unqualified with emphasis paragraph because management could reconcile the figures despite the computer crash but by that time I was completely stressed out and tired.
I was literally in tears and when I came out of the exam hall everyone else looked wiped out with it.
Disappointed doesn't cover it. I am gutted0
