Hi I have a company where there were 2 directors both shareholders. One Director has left and wants to transfer their shares.
I have an annual return (on Companies House) to do and was going to deal with it then, I got the bit where it said transfer, I pressed the transfer button and it asked for a date but didn't ask where I wanted it transferred to. What have I missed?

I don't think you've missed anything. If you then correct the shareholding of the person it has gone to it will all work out ok.0
