Anyone know anything about the new Arcade Duty? Can you point me in the right direction for some information? Thank you.

    I think you are possibly referring to the new Machine Games Duty that came into force on 1 February. This replaces the old Amusement Machines License Duty. If this is the case then should have registered for MGD by 13 January, otherwise could be penalties. Lots of info on the HMRC website.

    Yes, they are registered. This is a potential new client for me and I just want to read up on the duty before meeting with them. Thanks.
