Can not access practice assessments

Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I am trying to access the online practice assessments on the aat website. I am given a keycode, and my details are correct, so when i click confirm nothing happens, all i see is the opening page and none of the questions.

Could someone please tell me what i am doing wrong, as i have my first exam on Friday and i am feeling very nervous. Thank you for your time and I hope you can help.

    Hi
    Try pressing F11 to into full-screen mode. All options on the initial page should then be visible (there's a "start assessment" button on the bottom right-hand corner).

    For the purposes of stat books is it ok to keep the old memo and arts with the change of name certificate??????????
