Can not get logged into AAT after reset password?!

Hi,
I have reset my password as instructed about 4 times now and every time i put my new password in which i have changed it to will not allow me to login ??!
This is my AAT
anyone else have same problem

Hi Topcat
I had to reset mine twice before it finally let me in and my tutor tried to do her's today with no success.
Hope you get it sorted soon
