Hi there

I was wondering, does anyone know if you can you self-study for the ATT as you can with the AAT? If so, where can you buy the books? I ask because I find the course prices prohibitive.

Many thanks

    Hello

Yes you can self study ATT. You can purchase the books direct from the training providers or from an online book store such as Amazon or Foyles.

For the law e-Assessment, you must purchase the Essential Law for Tax Practitioners directly from ATT/CiOT which you can do online once you have registered as a student.

There is an AAT to ATT group on this forum which you may like to join.

If you have any other questions just shout as there is a mix of forum users on here doing self study or attending classes. There are even members who have completed ATT and are now doing CTA :)
