Hi
I'm helping a friend fill out a Self Assessment form for a self employment he had.
However, in the tax year he also had some jobseekers benefit.
His P60U has an amount of about £3K in benefit for total claim, £2K in taxable and £0 in tax deducted and refunded.
Where do these amounts go on the Self Assessment?
The amounts won't make a difference to the overall tax positon as even with them he'll be under his personal allowance but I don't want to omit them from the Self Assessment if they're required.
Thanks for your help.

If you tick the box for pensions/state benefits received, a box will come up with the information needs for the JSA payments. (Of course I am assuming you are doing this online!)0

Yes online thank you. Sounds easy enough.
Sorry for the delayed thank you - it's been a hectic couple of days!0
