Registering with Charities Commission

Hi there,
I have just been reading the charities commissions website in relation to a new charity client. They are currently set up as a company limited by guarantee but are doing charitable work and have an income above £5000. From what I understand this is the minimum requirement to register with charities commission. I am a bit confused because the supporting documents include annual accounts. They have not been in existence for year so we don't have this. Can I register them without it?

Probably the easiest thing to do is give the Charity Commission a call if you are unclear of anything, they are generally helpful.0
