Investment Bond - chargeable event- where on return?

Hi all, I have a client who has cashed in an investment bond from Zurich Assurance and has made a gain of around £14k, with tax treated as paid of around £2800.
Where do I put this on the return? I am unclear which section to use in the Capital Gains section. Thanks :001_smile:

what about just a withdrawal during the year of 7%, is it a gain and does it have to be included in the self assessment?2
