Anyone need assistance with MAS report?

Hiya Julie<BR><BR>I too have the MAS report to do this year, but my tutor is not giving us their guidelines until we have done 2 costing exams in December. They reckon we should be spending our time revising. I have asked for the info earlier though as I feel I'd like to at least start some of it. Until then there are some notes on this site under "Resource Centre". There are rough guidelines along with a suggested layout. Like you, I know my content, just not quite sure on the exact layout which is acceptable. Are you studying at college or distance learning?     Hi Julie<BR><BR>If you look at the resource centre section of the student area of the AAT site there is a link to guidance notes for completing the MAS project, and also a template which you can download aswell, that gives you the basics of how to actually lay out the report.<BR><BR>As yet I have not started my MAS project and were not really being told about it properly at college for another few weeks, but I have already discussed it with my tutor. I have recently changed employer's and as I don't feel confident that I know the business procedures well enough with my new employer, then I am aware that the AAT is know providing a scenario on which to base the report for students who are not in full time employement and in my position. (This has just been started from this year) Im hoping to be able to do this and HOPE that it shouldn't prove to be to difficult to do!<BR><BR>Sorry I can't be of anymore help, but good luck!

    Hey Jasper<BR><BR>I did notice lol If you want we can split the course in two then it shouldnt be to hard, just do the same exams for each other twice!

    Hi Julie<BR>I'm doing the project on our sales/purchase ledger and have found the best plan at the moment is type up your notes as you go along, once you start to build the information up you can then structure it according to the guidelines. Don't know about you but my lecturer at college is accessible to us and I can email him my notes as often as i like for feedback. That way, I shouldn't go too wrong, hopefully.
