Charity Accounts
Hi TC

Are you undertaking just preparation of charity accounts, or the independent examination / audit as well? This would make a significant difference to your charges.

Chris0 -

As far as I am aware (due to meet this week) I will be preparing the accounts and submitting the Returns. I have never worked on charity accounts before!!0 -

Hi TC,

If you have never worked on charity accounts before, you will need to refer to Charity Commission publications to check on what is required in the preparation of the accounts and how they should be independently examined or audited. I suggest you look at CC63, CC64 and CC65 for starters - the documents can be downloaded from the charity commission website, or hard copies ordered for free.

Chris0
